  • LWG Fit Factor 10 Standing Abs Series

As I shared a couple of months ago, I’m in the process of getting both my Fitness and Nutrition certifications through ISSA, The International Sports Sciences Association, and last week, I also began an online course in The Science of Well Being. I’m learning a lot about fitness, nutrition, and wellness, for the mind, body and spirit, and I’m so excited to begin sharing what I’m learning with you, to help you live a more healthy lifestyle.

Although I’m still completing my certifications, I thought I would begin sharing some of my workouts and targeted toning moves that I do at home, and today, I’m sharing the “LWG Fit Factor 10 Standing Ab Series.” This is a quick 10 minute series of ab moves designed to tone your abs, while also giving you a little cardio workout. I’ve also included a bonus section at the end of the video, demonstrating the moves using 2lb weights for added resistance.

There are two ways you can use this workout:

Do The First Six Ab Moves Only – The first six moves are great for toning the abs. This will take approximately 5 minutes.

Do The First Six Ab Moves + The Combination Moves – The combination moves are designed to give you more of a cardio workout, by increasing your heart rate, while also toning the abs. This will take approximately 10 minutes.

This is my first filmed exercise video, and as I gain more experience filming my exercises, I’m sure the videos will continue to expand and improve. I hope you find this first video helpful, and be sure to read the medical disclaimer below before starting this or any other exercise program. Be safe and stay well!!

    As always, thanks for reading!!
