With the holiday season and holiday errands in full swing now, we all will be running around trying to check off our to-do lists, and one key to getting things done, is being able to get them done in comfort. I’ve always been one who believes you don’t have to sacrifice style for comfort, and I love finding pieces that are both stylish and comfortable to add to my wardrobe.
Now, on most days when I am running around doing errands, I definitely enjoy wearing my athleisure wear, but during the holidays, when I have to combine errands with other obligations and casual events, it’s much more convenient to style looks that are casual, comfortable, stylish and versatile. So, in today’s “Style Guide,” I’m sharing four things I think you need to run errands in comfort and style.
Style Guide: 4 Things You Need To Run Errands In Comfort & Style
A Cozy Coat – Having a warm coat, like a teddy or sherpa coat, is a perfect errand essential on colder fall days or during winter. They are chic, stylish, and can be layered thrown over the shoulder if they get too warm while running around.
Casual Pants – As you can probably tell, I love corduroy for fall and winter, and a cool pair of casual corduroy pants like the ones I’m wearing in today’s post are perfect and versatile for styling dressed or casual.
A Crossbody Bag – When trying to juggle shopping bags, grocery carts and many other items that come with holiday errand running, a crossbody bag can be a lifesaver. They are so perfect for carrying your errand essentials, and look great with any outfit.
Comfortable Shoes – For fall and winter errands, a stylish pair of comfy booties are a must. I love skin printed boots with a low block or kitten heel, because they are not only super chic and stylish, they are also comfortable, and add some additional texture and style to your errand look.
