Lifestyle Day: “Shake Up” Your Health & Fitness Regimen


IMG_2989-4.jpgIMG_2980.jpgBecause health and fitness has been such a big part of my life and lifestyle for many years, and because I believe embracing health and fitness is not about beauty, but about living a long and healthy lifestyle, most, if not all of my health and fitness posts will be lifestyle focused.  At this time of year, most people are either successfully well into their health and fitness New Year’s resolutions and goals, starting to slightly go off track, or maybe in need of something to help them refocus, so, I thought it would be a good time to share something I’m using that has definitely helped to “shake up” my health and fitness regimen.  [bmp id=16]
