Dresses are becoming a summer staple for me, and wrap dresses have always been one of my favorites. Now, combine the wrap style, with a lightweight denim fabric, and I’m personally in dress heaven. The wrap dress style is classic regardless of the fabric, and it can be figure flattering for any body type.
I’ve been traveling quite a bit this summer, and will be traveling more before summer is over, so I’ve been picking up dresses that I feel are perfect for summer travel or any time, and today I’m sharing one of those dresses, this GAP 1969 Denim Wrap Dress. For this look, I paired the dress with my super comfortable Dolce Vita Espadrille Wedge Sandals, and added my White House Black Market Straw Clutch to complete the outfit. I really love this dress because it’s halter neckline is perfect for warm weather days, and the midi length, flared style is ideal for all figures. There are many ways to style this wrap dress, and in today’s “Style Guide”, I’m sharing just a few of those ways.
Style Guide: How To Style A Denim Wrap Dress
Pair The Dress With Flats – Wearing this dress with a flat slide sandal, or a flat heeled espadrille, will give it a great relaxed look.
Add A Cropped Cardigan – For a cool evening, or for those who are not comfortable showing their arms, a stylish addition would be a quarter sleeve cropped cardigan.
Wear A Wedge Sandal – For a slight lift, add a stylish wedge sandal.
Add A Crisp White Blouse – For a more refined look, pair the dress with a crisp white blouse tied at the waist.
I hope this “Style Guide” has given you a few ways you can wear this dress style.
